Daughter’s Wish Granted by Pro Hockey Teams
American pro hockey defenseman Jordan Leopold had played on 7 teams in the last 12 years. His career took him to Canada and all over the U.S. and away from his wife and four children. His daughter Jordyn (11) finally had enough of daddy being gone and wrote a sweet letter to the coaching staff of the Minnesota Wilds asking for them to trade with the Columbus Blue Jackets so her dad could be closer to home. “It isn’t always just about business,” tweeted the Blue Jackets general manager. Way to go, Jordyn!
